The images are intended for use in brochures, posters, editorial publications and tourism related websites intended to promote Rotorua and/or Wellington as a destination. Permission must be gained from Distinction Hotel before utilizing any of the images in any other medium.

The images may not be used for commercial gain without permission from Distinction Hotel i.e. postcards, calendars, souvenirs, or for the advertising of other products or services.

On selling of the images is prohibited. Images used must be credited to Distinction Hotel. The images may not be altered or manipulated in any way. Breach of these conditions may result in prosecution under the Copyright Act 1994.
