Te Anau's leading Caf / Bar requires the skills of a Chef to work in our busy caf kitchen. Bailiez is part of Distinction Luxmore Hotel and is one of our two very busy restaurants. This position will suit someone who has had at least 2-3 years experience after qualifying.
Restaurant Supervisor - Bailiez Caf/Bar
We are looking for a motivated team leader with food & beverage experience & personality plus.
Functions /Conference /wedding Co-ordinator
Have you previous F&B experience co-ordinating functions and marketing these events? Our company is expanding this part of the business. The emphasis will be on the applicant's ability to communicate well with operators, customers/guests and staff, maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of the position requirements including personal grooming.
Duty Manager
Preference given to applicants that have previous F&B or front line experience.
Seasonal Positions - some required to start September 2009 others from October to May 2010
All applicants must be able to work full season and have a current work permit for NZ
Receptionist - must have excellent customer service skills, a great personality, be well groomed, and capable of the tasks required for our front desk including balancing tills and general computer skills.
Food & Beverage Waitering staff - some waitering experience preferred; although full training is available to suitable applicants keen to lean a new skill.
Kitchen Hands - fast moving, clean & keen; all you need be to apply for these positions
Porters - must be physically fit -one position includes 2 night shifts
Housekeeping - must be physically fit, fast moving with and eye for detail
Good remuneration and limited accommodation available if required
